To attend the Technical Meeting in Prague please register by following the link to eCOST in the invitation email which was sent to you by the main organizer!
ACCOMODATION, LUNCHES AND SOCIAL EVENT VOUCHERS
The 7-th COST Action TD 1001 meeting will be held in the conference hall of hotel DAP.Hotel DAP is suggested at the first place for your stay in Prague. Additional accomodation capacity is available in hotel Diplomat (located approx. 400 m from hotel DAP).
Through this Online accommodation registration form you can:
- book your room at hotels DAP or Diplomat (subject to availability)*,
- buy lunches in hotel DAP for both days of the meeting (highly recommended)**,
- buy additional vouchers for the social event for an accompanying person,
- pay for the selected services online by a credit card or get the information for a direct bank transfer.
* Your reservation will be confirmed by AMCA Agency after payment. If there are no rooms available in these hotels, then AMCA Agency will offer you another hotel nearby or will return you the amount you have paid for the accommodation through this online form.
** This is a special offer for a private banquet-style catering for the COST meeting participants and accompanying persons - entrance will be allowed only upon lunch vouchers. Of course there are some restaurants and fast food takeaways in close surroundings of the hotel if you decide not to accept this offer. Having lunches directly in hotel DAP is highly recommended – it is more comfortable and will save a lot of time.

HOTELS DAP AND DIPLOMAT
Hotel DAP and hotel Diplomat have a very good connection to the city center as well as to the airport by public transport – they are located directly on the subway station Dejvická (green line A) which is also the terminal station of public transport buses arriving from the airport. Hotel Diplomat is approx. 400 m far from hotel DAP by walking distance.
