The project aims at accurate time transfer via GPS using new signals L2C and L5. Currently the GPS signal is available at three frequencies in three frequency channels L1, L2, and L5. The uncertainty and reliability of the time transfer is improved by including the measurements of the new signals in three frequency channels, especially in case when the ionospheric delay is suppressed. This allows us to provide advanced services of the Laboratory of the National Time and Frequency Standard towards its partner laboratories. This project is a part of the Program of Metrology Development 2012.
