RNDr. Radan Slavík, PhD., DSc. won the Special Achievement Award

RNDr. Radan Slavík, PhD., DSc., a scientist in the photonics field, received a special Achievement award of the chairman of GA ČR for his project "Tunable active fiber components based on long-period fiber grids".

The Chairman Awards of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GA ČR) were awared to the best problem-solving teams in the refectory of the house of Professional Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague.

The award ceremony was attended by the Presidents of the GA ČR evaluation panels, members of the Council for Research, Development and Innovation, representatives of the Czech Academy of Sciences, universities, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and by media representatives.
